Decodables – English & Spanish

This project entailed the creation of over 200 K-2 decodable books in both English and Spanish. With an extensive scope and high complexity, it leveraged a variety of technologies and tools to manage its diverse outputs, which span print, digital, and video/audiovisual formats. SPG created engaging designs and illustrations, making the decodable books both effective educational tools and aesthetically pleasing. This effort underscored SPG’s role as not just a service provider, but a crucial partner in realizing the vision of this project.

The project encountered tight deadlines, scope modifications, and the necessity to ensure consistency across multiple components. These complexities were further amplified by the client’s frequently evolving needs, demanding a highly adaptable project management strategy.
