Fluent in Spanish, English, and Catalan, Miguel has more than 25 years of experience in educational translation and worked with major textbook developers and publishers before founding his own translation company with María Elena Alvarado.
Today Miguel is the Head of Human Resources and co-owner of SPG.
As such, he is responsible for recruiting SPG’s accomplished freelancer pool. He is also in charge of researching and implementing innovative new technologies in order to optimize the company’s productivity and performance. He also founded and now supervises the Audio and Multimedia Department at SPG.
Biography
Miguel Mengual was born and raised in Valencia, Spain, and has lived in the United States for 30 years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film Scoring and Music Production and Engineering from Berklee School of Music.
