Program Design and Implementation Monitoring
We work with schools at all phases of program implementation in all types of programs for multilingual learners (SEI, dual language, transitional bilingual). We conduct an initial needs assessment to understand the multilingual learner population, achievement, alignment with federal and state guidelines, and current instructional practices. We then make recommendations for support including planning, schedule and student assignment, data reviews, professional development, leader coaching, and ongoing monitoring of progress.
